Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support to office, engineering, and production users.
- Manage and maintain Windows-based systems, servers, networking equipment, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
- Support IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Administer user accounts, access rights, and security policies.
- Collaborate on IT projects, upgrades, and deployment of new solutions.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices and internal policies.
- Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and procedures.
Requirements
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in a similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune).
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting PC hardware, printers, and networking devices.
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-service approach.
- Good written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V).
- Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM).
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
