You will work closely with Sales, Test Engineering, Operations, and suppliers to ensure accurate quoting, timely sourcing, and smooth execution of customer programs.<\/div>\n<div>This position is ideal for a junior\u2013mid level candidate with a technical background who wants to grow into commercial or supply-chain roles in a high-tech environment.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00b7\u00a0Manage RFQs and prepare technical-commercial quotations.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Collect technical inputs from Engineering and Operations to build accurate offers.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Support order entry, order confirmation, and handover to Operations.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Support procurement of test hardware and materials (RFQs, supplier comparison, POs, delivery tracking).<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to meet technical and delivery requirements.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Prepare and review internal documentation related to the whole project lifecycle, from bidding to invoicing requests.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Maintain CRM data and basic sales reporting.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Ensure accuracy of technical and commercial documentation.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00b7\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering or technical diploma with relevant experience.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 1\u20134 years of experience in internal sales, procurement, operations, or high-tech environments preferred.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Good English proficiency, both written and oral<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Basic knowledge of semiconductor testing or electronics is a plus.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Familiarity with ERP\/CRM systems preferred.<\/div>\n<div>Skills<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Good communication and teamwork skills.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Cost awareness and structured working approach.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Ability to manage multiple priorities.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><strong>Job Location: Lucca Area (Italy)<\/strong><\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"class_list":["post-67239","job-position","type-job-position","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/cosimo.filanda.it\/it\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-position\/67239","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/cosimo.filanda.it\/it\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-position"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/cosimo.filanda.it\/it\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job-position"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/cosimo.filanda.it\/it\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=67239"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
