The selected candidate will join the\u00a0R&D Software team<\/strong>, within a structured and long-term growth path.<\/strong><\/div>\n
The team is responsible for the\u00a0development and continuous evolution of the software used in Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) systems<\/strong>, with a strong focus on\u00a0quality, software architecture, and long-term sustainability<\/strong>.<\/div>\n
This position is intended for\u00a0junior profiles<\/strong>, including candidates with little or no prior professional experience, who demonstrate\u00a0solid technical foundations and strong motivation for professional growth.<\/strong><\/div>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n
Working alongside senior developers, the candidate will be involved in:<\/div>\n
    \n
  • development of software modules within an existing architecture;<\/li>\n
  • design, implementation, and evolution of new and existing functionalities;<\/li>\n
  • refactoring activities and continuous code improvement;<\/li>\n
  • support in the development of debugging and automation tools;<\/li>\n
  • writing tests to support the developed functionalities;<\/li>\n
  • understanding and using project timelines as a reference for activity planning;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Responsibilities will\u00a0progressively increase<\/strong>\u00a0as autonomy and experience are acquired.<\/div>\n

    Required Technical Skills<\/strong><\/div>\n
      \n
    • Master\u2019s degree in Computer Engineering;<\/li>\n
    • solid understanding of\u00a0object-oriented, concurrent, and distributed programming paradigms<\/strong>;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • ability to read and understand existing codebases;<\/li>\n
    • knowledge of\u00a0C# or C++<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>;<\/li>\n
    • familiarity with\u00a0testing practices and CI\/CD workflows<\/strong>;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • familiarity with\u00a0Windows and Linux operating systems<\/strong>;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • fluency in English, both written and spoken;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Preferred Technical Skills<\/strong><\/div>\n
        \n
      • basic scripting skills (Python);<\/li>\n
      • familiarity with development environments such as\u00a0Visual Studio<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0and version control tools (e.g.,\u00a0SVN and Git<\/span><\/strong>) ;<\/li>\n
      • basic knowledge of communication protocols such as\u00a0USB, TCP\/IP, and Ethernet<\/strong>;<\/span><\/li>\n
      • experience with\u00a0frameworks and technologies for user interface (UI) development<\/span><\/strong>, both desktop and web;<\/li>\n
      • basic knowledge of\u00a0cloud architectures and services<\/strong>;<\/span><\/li>\n
      • knowledge of\u00a0embedded and real-time systems<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0(e.g., FreeRTOS) or\u00a0hardware\/software integration<\/span><\/strong>, including academic projects;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
