Duties will include developing business plans, meeting planned goals, sales presentations and<br \/>\nproduct demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.<br \/>\nIn order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and<br \/>\ndynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.<\/p>\n<div><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Establishing new relationships with clients and maintaining the existing ones;<\/li>\n<li>Interfacing with the Technical Dept., in order to stay updated on products characteristics;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and managing presentations for customers;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrating how a product meets a client\u2019s needs;<\/li>\n<li>Providing sales support during virtual and on site client meetings;<\/li>\n<li>Identifying the customer&#8217;s current and future requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing customer drawings, plans and other documents in order to prepare detailed technical proposal for them;<\/li>\n<li>Offering after-sales support services;<\/li>\n<li>Conveying solution benefits to both business and technical audiences;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and presenting potential cost benefit analysis to potential clients;<\/li>\n<li>Putting together technical instruction for customers in relation to the use, operation and maintenance of purchased products;<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions;<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out market analysis and seeking new customers;<\/li>\n<li>Establishing partnerships with new clients and maintaining the pre-existing ones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must possess at least Bachelor&#8217;s Degree\/Post Graduate Diploma\/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical\/Electronic) or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering &#8211; Electronics\/Communication or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Communication, verbal and written.<\/li>\n<li>Able to build strong relationships and influence people both internally and externally.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to success, team, and the customer<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel;<\/li>\n<li>Some experience in Sales is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"class_list":["post-67256","job-position","type-job-position","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/cosimo.filanda.it\/it\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-position\/67256","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/cosimo.filanda.it\/it\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-position"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/cosimo.filanda.it\/it\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job-position"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/cosimo.filanda.it\/it\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=67256"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
