Providing up to 1.2 kV and 100 A capability, the system delivers accurate static measurements and high‑resolution curve‑tracing performance, making it ideal for laboratory workflows, device evaluation, and engineering development. Built on the modular FTI‑1000 architecture, the Lab configuration uses dedicated DC instrumentation—including high‑voltage and high‑current source modules, nano‑amp measurement, and flexible biasing—to support a wide range of IV sweeps and parametric tests without introducing AC or dynamic‑switching complexity.
