IT Specialist (Lucca – Italy)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily IT support to office, engineering, and production users.
  • Manage and maintain Windows-based systems, servers, networking equipment, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
  • Support IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Administer user accounts, access rights, and security policies.
  • Collaborate on IT projects, upgrades, and deployment of new solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices and internal policies.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and procedures.

Requirements
Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar IT role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune).
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting PC hardware, printers, and networking devices.
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-service approach.
  • Good written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V).
  • Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM).
  • Basic scripting skills (PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
